CERTIFICATION
Expertise in international regulations (EN, BS, ISO) we support customer into the industry with the aim to obtain product certificate. Also as part of maritime and offshore industry demands, we meet class approval regulations by issuing drawings and reports to obtain class certificate or type approval in accordance to DNV, BV, LLOYD´S, ABS, RINA.
LINEAR AND NON LINEAR CALCULATIONS
Non-linear analysis can be a life-save. In CESAC we have experience and technical knowledge to ensure correct load application to obtain easily values with material non-linearity and also geometric non-linearity.
FINITE ELEMENTS ANALYSIS
We perform structural calculations using finite element analysis. Static and dynamic, linar and non-linear using line elements (beams), 2D planar elements (shells) or 3D elements (solid ). Where necessary, our finite element studies are supplemented with standard code checks.
FATIGUE
We perform fatigue analyses on offshore floating structures and offshore wind foundations, evaluating the effects of cyclic loads generated by waves, wind, and operational conditions.
BOLT CONNECTIONS
Bolt connections are more demanded nowadays where fabrication and assembly design are leading a global industry. In CESAC, we have experience in bolt connections design and calculations in accordance to Eurocode standards.
STRUCTURAL OPTIMIZATION
The support provided by CESAC is not always limited to design checks also includes design optimisation studies. The objective might be to minimize the total weight of the structure subject to constraints on displacements and stresses in the structure under the given loads
